I’m sure this has already been looked at but it’s worth chiming in just in case...
My first thoughts are tyre pressures in the van; should be increased in the car for sure when towing but the van pressures will give you all sorts of horrors.
Van wheel alignment and wheel bearings can give issues also but less of an issue on a new van surely?
