Don't mean to offend, just being constructive, but that seems quite high.
It has some fairly obvious cosmetic issues inside and out with high-ish mileage. Most people tend to go for the D5 for these load luggers. Plus points is that it's a manual though!
I think £1500-2000 would be more realistic. Saying that, you could try fixing some of the cosmetic issues cheaply yourself, ie. wheel refurb, polish the headlights, clean the leather, paintless dent repair on the wing to try and get closer to your original figure.
