What's its function?
Is it the "charge air pipe" that leads to the "pressure sensor" (right side of cable connects to item with code Pierburg PA6-GF30)

Would I be able to drive it to the local garage as is?

I'd planned to drive to airport tomorrow.
Can i tape it up and drive the car? or is it not recommended.

Anyone got a part number in case i have to get a new one.
Is this something a novice could replace?
On the right side the tube seems to push into the sensor, I can't see where it goes to at the broken end.

Thanks
Donal.
that is the fuel tank vent hose , it vents into the manifold through the control valve . Use a hose suitable for fuel ...
