Rear wash wiper works but when I go to wash the window by pushing the stick forward there’s no water coming out of it!

Checked the fuse under the bonnet (fuse 10 I believe) it’s not there! So how come it works or am I looking at the wrong fuse?

V70 DS SE on a 53 plate.
