Maybe worth posting in the right section this is the 07 onwards section.
I did have a 53 v70 and my rear washer or wiper never worked. It use to leak inside the wiper motor and sieze up. Maybe that's happened and blocked the pipe end up. The motors are easy to get to but about £100 ish new to buy, if that's the problem of course.
Apparently broken rear wipers are common on the mk 2.
From 07 the wiper motor and water pipe are separate.
