Just had another go at it with a large "sea sucker " on the glass panel whilst operating the switch , no luck , still firmly in one place .
There is a 4mm socket in the motor unit that seems to be connected to something via a fairly hi torque gear , but its not moving the panel .....
Is there a manual close mechanism for this ?
