Just to update this - FRF delivered very promptly.
Brace fitted - a simple job.
The drive is markedly better.
Once the car turns in and settles, it stays settled - it doesn't change pitch as much for no reason mid-corner and is far more predictable.
Money well spent - this now handles as I would expect (i.e. predictable, but not brilliant
