Mine only had one pair of holes on they end of each bracket.
I am sure the spare wheel well area , chassis and floor pan are the same for
both 460 and 440. The only difference might be age a 1992 towbar might not fit a 1994/5 model, but Iam not sure.
Not a big job to try on , bumper easy removed.
