2 to 3 per dealer , which means 2 to 3 new service bays which will be kept active , 3 more loan cars and another receptionist , maybe a new parts person too .. Unless you are a huge place you are not going to be able to comply ..
Yes people come and go , but Technicians are 10 a penny ( so we are told ) so no problem !
