If you're talking about the front bearing then yes you have to buy the whole hub.A mate of mine changed my o/s hub/bearing on mine and I seem to recall it took half hour[ish].Be aware that there are two types[year dependant?]one where the drive shaft is held by a nut on the end and the other[later?]that has a bolt that screws into the end of the drive shaft.Easy enough to tell which yours has is to remove the wheel or centre cap[if an alloy wheel]or wheel cover/hub cap if steel.
