You don't even have to ask all that nicely. The 2-carb o-ring kit that I sell in the USA for $8.00 can be sent to the EU (and even the UK) for an additional $7.00. It gets mailed in a "letter" envelope. No customs declaration, etc. The main reason for the extra $7.00 is to cover my mileage for the special trip to the local Post Office.
