Thanks Jack - I found it at IPD as you suggested. I have ordered one and it costs $36 plus $63 for their lowest cost post method. Pity I didn't start out looking for this when the Pound sterling was worth two Dollars!

Paul, yes it may have been before 2000 - we have had two other 240s in the family in the last 15 years.
