Default Clutch release bearing

Having had to replace the head and gasket on my 122S I am changing the 3 parts of the clutch at the same time. My problem is removal of the release bearing, there is a single fork that, unlike the one in the Haynes manual, does not pivot on the opposite side of the bell housing but on a presumably round stud on the same side of the bell housing as per image.

Anybody any idea how to remove the bearing, there doesn't appear to be any fastening visible but the fork ill not lift off the pivot point.
