Looking at the oil there you might consider replacing the gearbox front bearing housing gasket and seal ring, BUT, A BIG BUT, beware this isn't a task to take on lightly as all of the works can quickly get out of line if you don't keep the input shaft in it's central position while doing that. Look at the parts book diagram and you'll see what I mean.
