Easy to check, go on a tyre speed calculator input your old size and you current size and a reading difference will be given. I changed to 16" from 15" but the profile difference meant they where the same! But my GPS tells me that 70mph indicated is 66.7, to do 70 on the GPS i need to do 73.
Oh and vida can tell the car what wheel and tyre size!
