Yes, it is. And I found a reference saying that it's indeed designed for the V70N, but fits the V70 II as well, if you cut it down to about 92 cm.

Looks like it works. As you can see, it doesn't seal the openings, but diverts water away from them. Which is sufficient, at least for me.
