If you have already removed and compressed springs to replace the shocks, it's a doable DIY. Still has some tricky points that will depend on the user how comfortable is with them. I also show in a video most of the details for a complete suspension job. It's important to have quality tools - such as quality torx sockets and a nice 2ft 1/2" driver breaker bar. Secondly, as mentioned above, most Volvo parts are made by other companies, such as Sachs and Lemforder. Not all parts may need replaced, for example the strut mounts last quite a while and aftermarket ones are not that good quality
