Coincidence or what! I am shortly going to put my gold 1800ES on the market, as my son thinks I have enough Volvo's too. I was advised by an expert to put mine up for around £15k as it has a full photographic record of its total rebuild a couple of years back, by a reputed Volvo specialist.
I take a Volvo to classic car shows but due declining health find getting into the ES so much more difficult than my 164 now - far too low for this old-timer! Hope your sale goes well for you.
