The dealer can now ask any price they want for your old car because they are the owners and they will need to factor in a decent margin to mitigate against the often unreasonable expectations of buyers of used cars.
You've had your chance to maximise the sale price of your old and minimise the purchase price of the new and no one has forced you to do anything so I don't know what your problem is.

You`re an angry little man maybe you should go out and have a few beers this xmas it may lighten your mood but I would advise you not to be so argumentative if you do otherwise your nose may end up a different shape
