If the later then the Aux. belt needs changing at 54000 , 108000, 162000 miles etc and the Tensioner every 108000 miles / 10 years together with the cambelt kit .
If you have the hydraulic tensioner , it's been neglected , get it to the dealer immediately for the recall ...where they change it to the mechanical type ,

My tensioner is with torx60. Thanks for making clear so when cam belt gets change i’ll ask the to do tensioner and belt for aux to Cheers
