They won't fit onto an 850 - the 850 front end is a lot more angular than these later P80 cars.

As for where to get one, I am not entirely sure. It is a possibility that there are aftermarket ones, and you could graft in the Volvo 'slash' logo if you wanted to from another similarly sized grille, say, a 700 or 900 series, or from a standard 850 grille.
