If you do a youtube search for 'S60 A pillar trim removal' you will find a good video by a guy with the username Peppermint. There's a safety clip which stops the trim piece from flying off in the event of an airbag deployment and you have to be careful not to break it.
For the glue search 'headliner glue' on ebay. Trim fix is the one I would probably go for but there are others similar.
