With respect, the site allowed entry much earlier than advertised. Plus, there were a number of videos on the website which clearly explained what was going to happen. Plus there was information on the sheets you needed to bring with you which also explained everything.
Not entirely sure what else could be done to inform participants of what to do - except for a local broadcast on FM for drivers to tune into.
