Best thing to do is get the engine fully built up and all the parts you know you will need ready for the swap.
If you can afford a new petrol tank I would consider getting one and putting the fuel pump etc into that.
If you are picking out the wiring loom then I would suggest building that up as much as possible before pulling the B23 out
