I replaced mine with Bilstein and am happy with the new ride, old ones had almost 160k !
As Auto Addict mentioned the originals are SACHS. They are straight forward to replace BUT disconnecting front at the base of the strut is a bit stressful
If you are interested in the Bilstein, I ended up with an extra unit which I could not return Bilstein 22-232625 (front right). For sale at much cheaper then anything you will find online.....if your interested.
