I don't use (or even own) locking tools.
Once the cam pulley mark is aligned, the mark on the crank pulley should be in line with the blip on the oil pump.

What is the current precise cranking fuel pressure in psi/bar/whatever?

"pressure is good I believe" is a bit vague.
