It has proved perfect so far. The interior is quite spacious and well designed. Only difference vs the V60, that I could easily discern having sat in both, is the boot being a bit bigger. Certainly the V40 XC is a far more attractive car than the V60 IMO. The panoramic roof makes a massive difference to the feeling of space.
