Volvo 340 Redline For Sale
Volvo 340 Redline (1.7) owned from new, (01-07-88).
No MOT, SORN since end of 2009, always been garaged and regularly started and moved back and forth.
22,419 miles!!! new battery this year, (only the third), and did have a SS exhaust some years ago!
Very good condition inside and out for its age, no body rust as far as I can see, I would think only routine maintenance to return to full glory.
Known Issues:
Central locking stopped working last year, might have been my fault as I was "exercising" the locks by repeatedly locking and unlocking so perhaps a fuse?
Tailgate struts a little tired.
Hand break a bit "sticky" needs lubrication and using! might do this myself.
Tyres look fine but they are originals, including unused spare.
But in compensation I did have some extras specified when car was ordered.
• Electric front windows
• Rear Speakers
• Mud Flaps
• Floor Trays
I also have a Hynes Workshop Manual for the 340/360 series which may come in handy for the new owner.
I would be open to reasonable offers, I want to go to a good home.
