Any stalling issues caused by the dump valve will only happen shortly after boost. It takes about 5s to bring the inlet pressure down to atm pressure if you keep the rpms up a little with no load. If you close the throttle during that time it will stall.

If that is what is happening, remove the dump valve and check the diaphragm for tears.

If its stalling in other circumstances then its probably not a dump issue.

It's prob because the turbo inlet came with a new one and it's junk. The inlet casing is machined really nicely but I guess they saved some penny's with the diaphragm.
