When you have the radio on FM and set to receive traffic announcements you can't see which local radio station is broadcasting the travel update. But, if you select the telephone or MyCar screens then the radio station name is displayed in the top bar. At least that what seems to happen on my MY13 XC60.
I find it useful to know which station is broadcasting especially in the Leeds area where you can pick up Leeds, Humberside, Sheffield, York and the one I'm normally interested in when heading home, Tees.
