Hi John - I do have some inertia reels from a 164. However, these came as a job lot with a load of interior, so don't know for certain if they are pre-1974.....fairty sure they are though
Will take photos and get serial numbers tonight. pm you email or even better if you're on whatsapp, your number as I'm hopeless at downloading photos onto photobox etc.
