Just a little update. Checked the voltages going to the ETM and all seem fine. The 5v on the Sacer is there. With the throttle at the rest position there is only 1.08v when there should be 1.35v.
Dug out the epoxy and took off the Sacer top cover and checked the tightness of the magnet. It was just possible to twist it by hand. This means I didn't tighten it enough for fear of cracking the plastic. It means it would have been more likely to twist out of calibration with a hot engine since the throttle axle would expand in length very minutely.
I will try and set up the 1.35v again and see how I get on.
