Once you've tapped the cap as far out of the yoke with the X piece do the same on the opposite side. You will then have enough room to slide a screw driver inside the caps to tap them out with a hammer. Do the same for the other two. Clean everything up/degrease making sure the circlip grooves are clean. Paint the flange and the end of the prop if you like and fit new U/J the next day.
