I WILL go ahead with just the 4 commitments as there seems to be a demand/need for the device, and I can probably find an alternative use for any spare components - possibly building for "stock"?

The price is £20, but there may be a rebate; much depends on the cost of P&P, and a little on the cost savings from a bulk purchase of hardware.
