I wouldn’t use the online tool, just call them up (it gave me a price of £1000 for my v50!) I called up Volvo Cars Poole this morning and got quoted £175 for the standard service, or £480 including timing belt change, and an additional £60 if I want the plugs changed. For a main dealer I didn’t think that was bad at all!
Booked in for the 8th with a courtesy car too.
