I don't know. Most stuff is networked from individual modules. So it can be activated for it's original function via a software update. So often there isn't a traditional fuse or relay you can simply add. There are exceptions. The cable in headliner for auto dim mirror does carry a switched current. So it's possible. uou could test it with a multimeter.

Having just written this, I realise that it's only buttons, not accessories which are housed at that location, so in all likelyhood they just carry a signal from a momentary switch to a module, which then powers the accessory. So unlikely it could be used for anything.
