Quick update to say that I now have the V5, so car is good to go.
Also, I received a message with a couple of questions, so may as well put the answers here too in case anyone else is wondering the same thing.
The vehicle doesn't have a dog guard, what you can see in one of the images is a cargo net. We don't have any pets, so no pet hair to worry about.
There has also never been a towbar fitted to this vehicle.
