Problem with Volvo On Call
I collected my new to me 69 plate (model year 2020) last week, everything great apart from at the dealership they couldn't get the VOC working, it finds the car very quickly, then attempts to load the configuration then fails, I have been in touch with customer services and they assisted by resetting everything and tried again while on the phone to CS, still failed, took to my local dealer who spent an hour doing exactly what i and the sales dealer had been doing, still no VOC, said they need to get in touch with technical. Any ideas please, previous car traded in it worked perfectly.
