OK those injectors are the same as Bosch 0280155766 (or 0280 155 766).
They are available new, used or remanufatured. (And I have some used).

The "copper" pintle that you mention is probably something like the red/orange fibreglass that was used for old style circuit boards. It is strong but could break.

The remanufatured injectors all seem to have the white pintles, so that must be what they use if they rebuild.

How many injectors do you have?

Rather than spend more time and money removing the stubborn ones, if you have sufficient spares, can you remove one and see what happens?

Ideally I suppose you would fit a set of injectors that have been flow matched, but that costs a bit. I haven't done it myself.
