The diagram asks for black to be earthed/grounded and the three other pins inside the 4 pin connector beneath the seat need 12V+

Also see Pgs 35 & 46 - the green and black wires in the 2-way plug are the seat belt switches so go careful about throwing +12V at ALL the wires, some might be earth switched when you put the seatbelt on the buckle!
