Cross Climates have an official "B" rating for wet grip. Uniroyal RainSport 5 have an official "A" rating. These wet grip figures are for stopping distance only, so nothing to do with cornering ability, but an A tyre can be stopping in 3 metres shorter distance than a B tyre, and for that reason alone I would never consider buying anything other than A rated.
