It will be subject to a recall when they are ready for you. They obviously aren’t yet. Up until now all you have had is a letter saying, effectively, that they acknowledge an issue and take ownership of it. That was nor a recall or it would have included an invitation to make an appointment to rectify the issue.

Its very and logical simple really.
