I think the 245 have a totally different tank due to the forward location compared to the 1970 145 its the result of the safety car project they moved it from the rear to a mid mounted position for rear crash safety.

the 140 and 164 got the same tank as the 240 in late 1973 as part of the face lift revisions, you know the one with the 244 style speedometers and black dashboards
