A high strength thread lock may be the best option although when you come to take it off you may need to heat it up to release it.

If the holes have become enlarged then it may be a losing battle.

However, if you are using stainless nuts on ordinary steel thread I believe there is some reaction where the nut will weld itself on there (due to science stuff between the different metals). That might solve your problem! Threadlock would impair that reaction though.
