From inside the boot, remove the right side of the trim. Theres tab at the bottom of the trim that allows you to remove it.

With the fuel flap open, you'll see some screw heads. Unscrew them a little, and inside you will see a black and cream long boxey type thing, that the fuel lock. If you've loosened the screws, it will be a little loose now.

Remove the screws and take it off, (after disconnecting the connector).

Open it up, use some vaseline or high meting point grease, and lube up the corkscrew inside.

Once refuted, it should work (after the 10min delay). If it doesn't, they can be had for approx £25-40 on eBay.
