Default XC90 T6 Gearbox 2005 89k Miles

The thread is on here somewhere....

Back in 2009/2010 the driveshaft failed and filled my T6 gearbox with grease. Unsurprisingly, it started to slip after a while. As I was unsure what had happened at the time, I bought a written off T6 and used it’s gearbox in mine.

So, I have a mechanically sound T6 gearbox that had perfect gear changes until the drive shaft failure, which I now need out of my workshop (XC90 was sold last year). The box will absolutely need a rebuild and as a minimum will need all new friction plates etc. I expect the “hard” parts to be good, but obviously cannot guarantee this.

So it’s up for grabs for the princely sum of free! The only catch is you have to collect from Derby. If no one wants it, I will try eBay for 99p and failing that the scrap man will take it, which would be a shame. Rob.
