I have been very slack in updating this thread! Sorry!
I have made a bit of progress but what with the weather and the MOT's on 2 of the daily drivers to deal with, its still not on the road!
Below are a selection of pictures of progress since the last update.
All the welding is now done and i have stonechipped where i removed the original to help protect it.
All the calipers have now been overhauled and refitted with a new set of flexi hoses as the debris inside the calipers pointed to something not right with the old ones!! Also made up some new fixed lines for any that looked a bit suspect. Brakes bled and just one final bleed to do before putting on the wheels and getting her back to ground level.
I have spent over £400 this week on the 145 so am very keen to get it back on the road where it belongs! Hoping to get it MOT'ed this month.
You will see the main part of this weeks outlay in the pictures, my wheels!
Had the rims blasted and powder coated silver and then 4 NEW tyres as it would have been criminal to fit secondhand one's to such shiny rims. The pictures were taken on my phone so don't do them justice at all.
