Hi all, looking for some help with an issue on my 2010 XC90 D5. I have had 2 burst boost pipes the one directly off the turbo and numerous times where it's pushed it's self off. Turbo control seems to be electronic rather than a vacuum. Any ideas or similar experiences??
Thanks Will |

Just wondering the air intake manifold is actually the rocker cover??? If that has a broken gasket would it not loose boost?? Causing the boost pressure sensor to ask for more boost??? Any help with this would be appreciated, thanks

My limitations come into play around this sort of issue.
Vida and smoke leak test would be my first thoughts for chasing down this issue. |
