intercooler and injector question

hi second post today. i have a 2003 d5 se volvo can anyone tell me the part code for the intercooler also a part code for the injector and if your on a roll a part number for the passenger door modulel with out me needing to dismantle it all to find out.

also can the intercooler be removed with out the need to have the air conditioning regased.

I also understand that when you mess with these you need ignition off so not to throw up fault code issues but do you need to disconnect the battery also.

help needed as i dont have 1100 pound to spend on fixing car i have had 1 week.

You can do the intercooler as a DIY without affecting the aircon - I have done it myself. Gets a bit scary with the whole front of the car off.... but can be done. There are write ups on here if you search. Bit of a fiddle but will take about 3/4 hours if doing it for the first time.
