  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Default Volvo On Call App - only 1 user?

Hi, can you have more than one iPhone “connected” using the Volvo On Call app to a MY20 XC90? We’ve been told you can only have one user signed up - that seems nuts if that’s the case.

I have the app working on my iPhone and my ipad, there is only one user identity as I understand it, but it can be used to log on from multiple devices.

No need to sign in either, or log off the other device, albeit I dont use two at once.

You can put voc on your wifes phone with your i.d and leave it signed in so she can use it when she has the car, but she will be able to see where your are at any time when you use the car so be careful what you get up to 😈
You can leave it signed in on all devices at the same time.

Like the others say, I have both my wife's phone and mine connected using the same I.D with no issues. we can both be on the app at the same time too which is good.

After the resent update my wife can’t sign into my account on her phone. I can sign in on my iPad & iPhone but not hers.

I've just had to do a full reset and change of password on VOC as my wife had the same issue. Once I reset my password again, we both successfully logged on without issue.
